Terms of Service

Effective 9 October 2026

Alchemical Abyss is an interactive livestream operated by Lygon Software (business ID 2258204-8), Finland. These terms apply when you take part in it, for example by typing commands in its live chat, and when you use this website.

YouTube

The stream runs on YouTube and uses YouTube API Services. By taking part you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's Community Guidelines apply to everything you write in the chat.

Taking Part

Your name on screen: typing !join asks for your YouTube display name to be shown on the stream. The name is shown publicly, and the world wears it away over time.
Votes: you vote by typing the letter shown on screen. One vote per viewer per round, and you may change it while the round is open.
No promises about the game: places in the queue, how long a name stands and which event wins are not guaranteed. The stream may pause, restart or change at any time.
Paid messages: Super Chats, Super Stickers and memberships are handled by YouTube under its own terms. They may earn an on-screen thank-you or a place at the front of the queue, but they buy nothing else.

Moderation

We may filter, shorten or refuse to show any name or message, take any name off the stream, and ban anyone from the chat, at our discretion. Offensive, hateful or misleading names are not allowed.

Content

The stream's visuals, music and software are owned by Lygon Software or its licensors. Recordings of past episodes stay available on YouTube under YouTube's terms.

Liability

The stream and this website are provided as they are, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Questions: toni@lygon.net. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
